Our first home in Florida was bought for investment and we appreciate the way a home has to be kept in order to maximize rental income. Over the years we have built up relationships with our homeowners to the point where we can happily call them friends. It is most important that both parties are comfortable with each other and that is what we strive for in our relationships.
So, how do we operate? When guests arrive we are there to make sure they get in to their vacation home as soon as possible and that they encounter no problems during their stay. If they do need us ,we live close to all our homes and are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be at any home within 15 minutes, no matter what the problem may be.
We do not charge for call outs, minor repairs,spare keys or indeed any minimal item. We make sure your pool is always sparkling and chemically balanced and your lawns and shrubberies are always groomed. To this end , we do not use sub-contract companies but keep all the work in house so we have total control over every operation involved.
The most important aspect of property management is the cleanliness of your home and that is our topmost priority. We clean and inspect every home on every changeover to make sure everything is perfect for the next guest. If touch up paint is required, we do that as required.Any bills received for your home, as well as sales taxes, are paid promptly by us and invoiced to you on a monthly statement. These amounts are generally offset against rental income received and the surplus funds are paid to you as required.
