This great holiday villa is located in the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, close to Disney World and all of Central Florida's attractions.

Your villa was absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in it. It was a great location, quiet and secure. The pool was great, I couldn't keep my five month old daughter out of it! I commented to my husband when we were there that we have stayed in numerous villas but your's had everything you could need. My husband also loved the pool table since he kept winning!! It was great to sit in the lanai at night listening to all the sounds from the woods although you didn't know what was going to come out of them as it was so dark! One day our pool was not working and I called the Management Company and they sent someone out within a couple of hours. The problem was soon fixed and the service was excellent. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home and also for accommodating our change of dates. We will definately be back and I wouldn't hestitate to recommend you and your villa to my friends and family. Thanks again Christina

It's a lovely villa, very spacious and well situated for Disney. There was something for everyone in our group, look forward to returning sometime in the future.

Had a great time here but going home very tired. Loved the villa and the private pool area. The Burgess family have been very helpful with our 1st stay, hope to come back soon

Just a quick email to let you know we all had a fantastic time staying in your villa on Cumbrian Lakes. The villa was like walking into the perfect holiday home - everything was provided. The villa was very tidy and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool was fantastic, my son was in there twice a day - he absolutely loved it !! Thanks for allowing us to check out later than usual, it really did allow us time to get freshened up and ready for our evening flight. The only thing we were unable to access were the under sink safety boxes, I have a similar safety box and think the batteries need replacing. Thanks again for all your help and for allowing us to stay in your villa - it made our holiday really special. All the Best. Steve & Family
